Great experience, called and they answered, asked about my problem (broken cables), gave me a time a material estimate over the phone and said that Lance could be out later today. He called when he was on his way and arrived in the time frame they said. Fixed everything and did a little extra adjustment for me lubed and checked everything out. Very reasonable price and great work and responsiveness! I would definitely use CBW and Lance again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good garage door company! Thank you!

I am so very glad I did. Lance came out (on time) and did an incredible job repairing and doing some maintenance to my garage door. It is a very heavy door and he made the repair quick and easy. The charge for the service was extremely economical as well. He did not try to sell me anything extra or pressure me in any way. I believe him to be very honest and trustworthy.
